The voice breaks a lot
This happens only on HP 6730b laptops only
voice gets chocked before initiate the call.
We are using the HP Headset during this call. Users try logging to CIPC directly (via LAN) and remotely via VPN.
OS is hardned accordingly as per company requirement.Win XP SP2
Troubleshooting done so far:
Reinstallation of IP Communicator
Reimaging of laptop
Using IP Communicator on a core Windows XP OS .
The same vrsion of CMC and CIPC was absolutely working fine on Toshiba laptops,but only issue with HP6730b laptops.
