Device Discovery populates the Device and Credentials Repository with the Host name, Domain name, Management IP address, Display name, and sysObjectID

You can configure Device Discovery from Campus Manager > Admin > Device Discovery > SNMP Settings.

I answered this in http://forum.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/NetProf?page=netprof&forum=Network%20Infrastructure&topic=Network%20Management&topicID=.ee71a02&fromOutline=&CommCmd=MB%3Fcmd%3Ddisplay_location%26location%3D.2cc26eb2 . Discovery uses the loopback with the highest IP address. If you number your lo0 interfaces such that they have the highest IP of any loopback, then that will be the address Discovery uses.
