IPCCX Enchanced Call Back

My company has 5 IPCCX licences that came with our CCM. We would like to do the following:

- Authorized user calls the company;

- If authorized, call is hung up;

- IPCCX calls the user back;

- User picks up call and is transfered to operator or gets outside tone;

Is this possible with this version of IPCCX or do we need the Premium version.


I have this problem too.

This is indeed possible. What you have to do is to create a script where you will check your user credentials and then hang up after collecting a callback number.

Then, in the same script, you have to use the step "Initiate call" to have a call initiated from your IVR port to an agent. Once the call is established, you can simply forward it to the caller's phone number.

I know this seems to be tricky but that it is the only way to do callback with IPCCX.

Thanks for your reply.

I just whant to be sure that I don't need the Premium version. I need to buy a server to install the software, and don't whant to spend money and find out that the Enchanced version doesn't to what i whant.
