Disable Do Not Disturb (DND) in CCMUSER page

Hi All

We are wanting to disable DND completely from the users. We have removed all of the softkeys however users still have the option within the CCMUSER page to turn it on, can this be removed from the CCMUSER page.

I have not tried, but it might one of those features that if its not configured as a softkey, it can not be turned on from the ccmuser page, even though it's an option them toggle back and forth. Have you tried it when the device is not configured for it?

Thanks for your response, I have unticked the DND on the device and have removed all of the softkeys from the templates, however it still appears in the users CCMUSER page to enable and disable on a per user level?

Right, it may still appear, but can the ccmuser actually activate it still? If they can and it works, it's probably a bug Cisco should fix. If the device is not configured for it, it should not work.

It maybe show up on the page, but not really do anything. (which could be misleading)
