Is there any way that I can get the devices back if they are being deleted?

No. Once a device is deleted from DCR, it cannot be recovered unless you have a backup of LMS which included that device.

That said, you can always re-add the device. However, none of the previously archived configs, inventory, etc. will be recovered.

Thanks

Is there any way I can recover the deleted devices?

As I said in my previous post, the only way to recover is restore from backup.

How about adding in manually? or bulk import?

You can add devices manually or import them in bulk from a CSV file. Both are done under Common Services > Device and Credentials > Device Management.

I have previously exported the csv file for all reachable devices. However, I was prompted the error of invalid file format when I did a bulk import. Why is it so?

It sounds like you modified the exported CSV file. The exported file contains a header that must be preserved in order to be reimported. If this header is removed or corrupted, then you will get the error you're seeing here.
