Call manager redundancy

Hello

i am having CCM 5.1(3).I have two MCS 7835,one i have configured as Publisher and another as subscriber.but now the problem is that if I make the publisher down my subscriber is not taking the backup of the connected phones.

please help me

Hi,

You may want to reconfigure your device pools so that the phones register to the Subscriber rather than the Publisher.

Make sure the CallManager groups are configured properly. Ideally you should have the subscriber as the primary server and the publisher as the backup in the cluster.
