Call Flow (event by event)

Hi,

We have a testbed setup with follwing components and callflow...

ICM - 7.2

CUCM - 6.1

CRS - 5.0

Callflow

--------

caller - VG - CUCM - ICM - Agent

Customer required the call flow by event by event.

Please help me.
