add a new subscriber into cucm 7 cluster

hi to all,

I want to add a new subscriber into a cluster, i have a cucm 7 Publisher, i add the server on it and then i install the subscriber but when i put the data of the CUCM 7 fails, if i ping the subscriber from the Publisher is ok.

Any guide to add a new subscriber so I have a CCMPublisher and CCMSubscriber.
