My customers did upgrade from 4.2 to 6.1
The assistant aren't happy with ring after pickup the calls. It's possible remove the ring after press pickup button?

if you mean you don't want the phones to ring when there is a call in a pickup group just go to the pickup group and disable it

Call Pickup Notifications I want!
The problem is:
There are 3 phones (A,B,C)
When the C receive a call, the phones A and B receive the notification (it's OK), so when the phone A or B press the pickup button, the call go to telephone (A or B), but before it, there is one ring on the phone. The assistant don't want it. They want pickup the calls without ring before. On the CCM4.2 don't have this problem.

Just disable the auto pickup on Service Parameters/ Cisco CallManager / Auto Pickup Enable = True
