What version of Campus Manager is this? What version of Java are you using on the client?

Version & Patch Level: 5.1.0

What version of Java Web Start are you using on the client? Additionally, make sure TCP ports 42342 and 43242 are open between client and server. That is, the client must be able to connect to the server on these ports. If you have a firewall or ACL between the client and server, these posts must be allowed.

Java Plug-in 1.6.0_05
Using JRE version 1.6.0_05 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
ports are all open

Please post the Java Web Start console as well as the NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log, ani.log, and the output of the pdshow command.
