Down Grade OS version - procedures needed

I am unable to install Call Manager, getting various errors. Such as Error 1305 Error reading from file.

I think it can't complete the download, casue the version is too high. I am installing CM 4.1.3.

I have tried everything, I am thinking to down grade, that might help.

there really isn't a downgrade procedure. you need to reinstall the server using the right OS
