IPCC Extension in BAT

I see the IPCC Extension field within the BAT Template (CCM 5.x), but the validate fails when I use that field because it's not an existing IPCC Extension. Does anyone have experience with using BAT to create Agent phones?

Hi

I always use .txt file created with notepad and then populate it with required fields. Try importing records in txt file. BAT is bit flaky when it comes to IPCC Extension.

What we have had to do is create the User and Phone together, with the IPCC Extension field empty and then run a User Update BAT that just adds the IPCC Extension. It's a bit of a hassle needing to complete two BAT files, but that is why God invented cut'n'paste.
