I believe this is what you're looking for:
Tcl scripting in CatOS is pretty limited, and only Tcl 7.4 is supported.

Thank you for the link. This is the one that I found too. It's not well described as the one for IOS. As far as I understand event management is not supported in CatOS so I can not schedule anything there?

That is correct. As I said, Tcl scripting in CatOS is extremely limited when compared to IOS.
