MPE Slowness

Unanswered Question

I've had MPE in place for several months with no issue. Recently MPE started performing poorly, very slow to load meeting rooms. Thought, perhaps, a duplicate IP... confirmed it wasn't. Have restarted MPE but it's still slow. Has anyone experienced this? If so, is there a solution? Thanks in advance.

Access to MeetingPlace Web and or MeetingPlace Outlook may exhibit slowness, which can lead to blank pages or pages with errors. This issue can arise in all versions of MeetingPlace Web or Outlook.

This issue is most likely seen in the following types of deployments:

1.MeetingPace Web/Outlook gateways that have been in service for a while.

2.MeetingPace Web/Outlook services that have been stopped and started a great deal over the lifetime of its existence.

3.Large MeetingPlace Web/Outlook deployments where registry NumSession has been increased from its default of 120 to a larger number.
