Hi, experts!

I am trying to run Outbound dialing on CRS 5.0(2). I have this feature licensed. I created a campaign, uploaded Contact DialList file looking like:

...

boris,borodin,9167396844

...

Campaign admits this contact, but when dialout starts, there are BACustomer Number - empty, and CallingNumber, ANI - Unknown in CAD. Although BABuddyName is shown correct.

Any ideas?
