Solved: Domain field missing from IE login to Unity

On IE 6, I have Prompt with Username and Password enabled for logging in to Unity 4.2.1. I get prompted for a username and password but no domain field. Therefore, I can never get authenticated in to the SA page. The OS is Windows 2003. Is there a setting somewhere to create a field for the domain? I didn't have this problem on Win 2000. Otherwise, if I enable Automatic Login on IE there is no problem logging in to Unity. Thanks

Or you can enter domain\username and password.

That works too.

For username, enter user@domain.com.
