Hi!
I would like to do some transformations to the service provider provisioned DDIs to match some internal extensions to specific external numbers. I was trying to use a voice translation-rule at the voice gateway but it is limited to 15 rules and I need more.
My questions are:
1st -> Can I configure translation patterns in the call manager to address this issue?
2nd -> If I use a voice translation-rule at the voice gateway can I do arithmetic operations; ex: add 1 to a digit? Is there some documentation to see how does it works?
Thanks,
Ana

Ana,
Yes, you can use translation patterns in CM for digit transformations. To my knowledge, you cannot use translation rules to perform arithmetic operations. See the following link for the functions and syntac of voice translation rules.

Hope this helps.
