setting read write on a DMP from the DMM system tasks

Need to be able to set the read/write parameter on the internal memeory on a DMP from the Advanced Task area of the 5.0 DMM.

Anyone done this before?

The "Admin" user role is assigned automatically to any user who is an administrator in any DMM software module. These users have full read/write access to all users and user groups in DMS-Admin and can manage settings for them.

Thanks for the note.

I have since found out how I cabn do this from the DMS.

Under the DMP pages you can go to Advanced Tasks.

Select System Tasks and then click on Add Application.

Set the name something unique like SD-Read-Write.

Have "Set" selected

for the parameter have

init.sd_rw=1

This will set the internal SD Memory to Read/Write

Click on Submit and you are done.

You can then add this as the first step when Transfering a presentation to a DMP so that you know that the DMP will accept the presentation.
