I have a fresh install of unity connections. the version is 2.1.0.9901-362.
All of the users on it have to reset thier passwords every day when they log into the voice mail. I can't figure out what is wrong.

password set to never expires but Connection asking to change password
Symptom:
system settings -> authentication rules -> "never expires" causes Unity connection to ask for the cuaadmin admin password to be changed daily. Expectation is that the cuaadmin password never expires when this is selected.
Conditions:
Unity Connection 2.x
Workaround:
Set to expire in 365 days

Erik,
System Settings > Authentication Rules > Recommended Voice Mail Authentication Rule, and check "Credentials Expires After". This may be set to 1 day.

Yep, that is the first place I checked. It is set with the check box to never expire.
