this topic is beyond our forum but no way to get solved unless shown here.
i have silly case and i can not get ride of can any one help in this
iam having two servers with two network interfaces each i want to connect them through two different network
i give the first server ip addresses 10.1.1.1 192.168.1.10
and the other
10.1.1.2 , 192.168.1.20
both are connected through switch, no internet connection
the problem is i can not ping from Neither the first one nor the second one. advice please

1. Can you ping these IP address from their gateway?
2. Can you confrom system firewall is pass icmp packet?
3. Can you confrom Hardware firewall is open icmp packet?

no default gateway is configured on those servers
no firewall, default windows firewall is off.
no hardware firewall is implemented in this case.
and let me add the two servers configured with ip and subnet only with out default gateway.
i want these two servers to be connected to LAN with IP address 192.168.1.0/24 255.255.255.0
and the other network interfaces should be in different LAN with 10.1.1.0 255.0.0.0
any help ulitimatly appreciated.

Em.....can you shutdown one interface of 192.168.1.0/24 or 10.1.1.0/8 to ping another IP server.
I meaning shutdown 10.1.1.0/8 interface, use 192.168.1.0/24 interface to ping another server. Can you ping it? If you can, can you add vlan on switch? I think it is good for server.
by the way, can you check switch arp table is right?

i want to know if iam in the first server with 2 LAN interface 10.1.1.1 and 192.168.1.10
and i want to ping to another server with this config
10.1.1.2 , 192.168.1.20
ping to them failed, however each network in differernt switch.
what to do ping successfully
help please

May be some vlan config on the switch.
