we have a cisco 3745 router. when i tried to log in throught the console port it shows the following error.

"System Bootstrap, Version 12.2(8r)T2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

i have allready reinstall the RAM and Flash Card.

but still have the same problem .

please suggest me .
