I cannot locate the mib object to use to set speed and duplex on 4510 switch ports. I have found this for the 3750 switch in the CISCO-STACK-MIB, but this mib does not apply to the 4510.
If the STACK-MIB objects are not supported in your version of code, there is no other MIB to support this.
