Running Call Manager 4.1(3). I would like to use the BAT to run Generate Phone Reports so I can find the External Phone Number Mask of about 100.
However the External Phone Number Mask isn't an option in the list of "Available Line fields." Pretty much everything else under the sun is in there but what I need.
Yea but from my understanding I have to run the report 5 times since they have 5 different models of phones at that site, plus I have to sort out the 100 phones out of a few thousand phones x 5 reports. Plus the added time to run the reports and CPU usage, it would be like using a rocket launcher to go turkey hunting.
