LMS 2.6/RME: CM0156 : could not archive config

Hi,

Customer has 995 devices, all archive config are failed or partially successful. Most of partially successful have this message CM0156 : could not archive config => see attach file CM0156.bmp.

Thoses devices are managed, credential are ok, permission are ok, system identity user was not defined. So we defined but the issue still exist.

Do you think that we needed to restart lms process when we have changed system identity user ?

When I launch archive config report, most of device name colum are empty except for 1 device.

Customer has defined some devices on dcr, after he made an export to csv file. Then he has defined all devices in this csv file and he import the file in dcr.

Yes, you must restart Daemon Manager if you had a System Identity problem. Some daemons only initialize the SIU once.
