CallerID is supported on H.323 with any version of CallManager, however as far as I know this is not the case for CallerID NAME.
If you require called-ID name, then you will require MGCP. The problem is that CCM
requires the called-name information delivered to it in the Display IE field and
almost all telco's send it in the Facility IE.
The other aspect to be aware of, is the caller-id is not supported for FXO modules controlled by MGCP, whereas H.323 does.

actually, with IOS 12.4(20) and higher you can now have caller-id name with h323.

Also your router needs to be a 2800 or 3800 series router to run IOS 12.4(20) and higher
