We have recently gone for Witness Recorder 7.8.1 - CUCM 6.1.2 SIP Duplicate media streaming integration and are facing some issues with it.
The recorder system fails to answer the SIP call in order to receive the RTP stream and responds to SIP INVITE with SIP BUSY EVERYWHERE message.
The CCM and Recorder have been configured as per the documentation recommendations.
Anybody has worked on this CM6.1-Witness7.8.1 SIP DMS config can advise on what could be issue.
We tried a lot to get support from regional sole partner CCR and Witness TAC but their support is really bad and this might be the last Witness deployment for us.
Any help to get this working would be highly appreciated!
