ACE running c6ace-t1k9-mz.3.0.0_A1_3b.bin and we are getting intermittent errors on web serverfarm which only consist of 2 servers. When we get errors, users are being signed out abruptly

troubleshooting done on our web servers:

10.15.167.11 (DSAPP2) with sticky-cookie - The error did not come.

10.15.167.11 (DSAPP2) without sticky-cookie - The error did not come.

10.15.167.10 (DSAPP1) with sticky-cookie - the error did not come.

10.15.167.10 (DSAPP1) without sticky-cookie - the error did not come.

Originally, we thought it was a stick-cookie but it looks like if we turn on load-balance, we get errors. Please advise
