Guys,

I have an srst router playing a moh file. at the end of the file when played there is a "splat" sound. when you play a copy of the file from a pc before you load it, this sound is not there. Also, another file on the router does not make this sound. is it in the incorrect format? if so what is the best approach to getting it right?

Hi Garry,

It certainly could be the file format, here is some reference material;

Format:

Average Data Rate 8.0 kb/second

Sample Rate 8.0 Khz

Audi Sample Size 8.0 Bit

Channels 1 (Mono)

Integrating Cisco CallManager and Cisco SRST to Use Cisco SRST As a Multicast MOH Resource

Hope this helps!
