MLA login failure issue

I am facing a issue where i am not able to login when the MLA is enabled.

CCM Ver 4.1(3)

OS ver : 2000.2.4

OS upgrade : 2000.2.7

I have reffered the following link

But no success

Can anyone help me to resolve the login issue asap

These are the steps how to enable multilevel administration access in Cisco CallManager Administration prior to performing multilevel administration access configuration.

Step 1 After Cisco CallManager Administration has been installed, access Cisco CallManager Administration and Cisco CallManager Serviceability with the following URLs:


where specifies the IP address or name of the Cisco CallManager server.

Step 2 Choose User > Access Rights > Configure MLA Parameters.

The MLA Enterprise Parameter Configuration page displays.

Step 3 To change the Enable MultiLevelAdmin enterprise parameter, click the drop-down list box on the right and select True.

Step 4 Enter a new password at the prompt "New password for CCMAdministrator" and re-enter the password at the prompt "Confirm password for CCMAdministrator".

Step 5 Click Update.
