Hi tarik,

Under you ATM interface, explicity specify the encap and protocol using

interface ATM0

pvc 0/38

encapsulation aal5mux ppp dialer

dialer pool-member 1

After configuring this (issue shutdown and no shutdown to restart the interface)

Hi Tarik,

Under dialer interface

remove ip address dhcp

and add

int dialer 0

ip address negotiated

this allows for the IP address of the dialer interface to be obtained via PPP/IPCP address negotiation
