format bootflash: command fails on 7513 router

Trying to reformat bootflash to load new boot image but the command fails with unspecified error. dir bootflash: command fails with bad device info block error. router boots fine and show version shows the bootldr version. any idea how i can reformat bootflash in this situation? thank you in advance.

You just try squeeze command. Then it show again same error it seems that the issue is caused by a HW failure. Better to replace it.
