Upgrading CCM to release 6.1(2)SU1a CTL Client App question

Hi All, I'm planning on upgrading to release 6.1(2)SU1a per Field Notice 63174. The upgrade is pretty straight forward upon reading Cisco Unified Operating System Administration Guide, under the software upgrade. However, there is small piece per the upgrade guide stating that I must " Re-run CTL Client application" because of certificates and keys needing to be regenerated.

Has anyone had to do this prior to upgrading and how can I do this. The guide is rather vague.

Current Call manager ver - 6.1.2.1000-13
