With the 7.X release of the above mentioned products have there been any improvements with using OCS and CUCM 7.0? I have OCS 2007 integrated with CUPS 7.0 and we are currently using the OCS client. I find it cumbersome, not to mention expensive for the customers, to have to have all of these products in the mix. Is there any improvement where I don't need CUPS and can integrate directly with CUCM 7.0 but still have the remote call control I have now? Also if I want only 25% of my users to use the OCS client and the rest use CUPC is there federation between the two? Can I send a chat from an OCS client user to a CUPC user? Does the presence information flow both ways?
