MPE with only single video source

Can I use MPE to send my video out using CUVTA to all of the web participants? The other participants will not send any video but they can have CUVTA installed if needed. I only want to send video from one person but I want the other participants to see that video. Thanks.

The other participants would need CUVA installed and need to use the "video mute" button to avoid transmitting their own video stream.

Do they just need CUVA installed without a camera or do they need to have thier own camera? I can install it no problem but making sure they are connected to a camera and also an IP phone that is video enabled is not something I want to take a chance on. If they just need the software installed that is fine.
