Nuance - TTS with CRA

Hi,

TTS functionality not working after rebooting Nuance server. In CRA, MRCP TTS Provider, scansoft Realspeak 4.0 is in PARTIAL_SERVICE, any suggestions, ideas??

I have this problem too.

Which version of CRS you are running? Can you ping the servers.

Cisco Application Administration - 4.5(2)_Build017 , yes we can Ping the Nuance server from IVR, thanks in advance

Could you pls confirm if MRCP TTS Servers and STATUS shows reachable.
