dialed number appearance on ctios agent

Hi all,

IPCC system is already setup and working , but there was simple mistake in configuration that is the actual dialed(199) number is translated on the gateway as(20002) and so that translated dialed number 20002 is configured on the ICM configuration manager,routing script,and on the CUP . what i need is to display the actual dialed number(199) on the CTIOS agent instead of 20002 without making chenges on the whole system components, i mean how can solve this problem by working just on the icm environement?

I don't believe you can do that. You can add an "IF" node to branch off the value of Call.DialedNumberString but you cannot add a "SET" node to change it. You could set a peripheral variable and explain to agents that they should examine the number in that variable instead.

You could go further and change the appearance of the grid through the registry on the CTI Object Server and give your PV a suitable name; you could hide the dialed number, but I could not recommend that.
