Pilot point CM6.0 need urgent help

I have 3 pilot points 2 of them were registered, because the last didn't register i restarted the CTI manager service and the CM service after i tried everything, but tbe pilot points are still not registered and stand on unknown

make sure the pilot is associated to the right user, try to de-associate/re-associate it. then reset the PP
