We want to use cisco 7960G ip phones within our network which is secured by 802.1x but we don't use a call manager.
I don't have a security menu on the IP phone ( version 07.5 ) and according to some research this is because I'm missing a ctl file on the phone.
Where can I find a basic ctl file with 802.1x settings that I can make available on my tftp server ?

The CTL file is used by the security system. If the device security mode in the configuration file is set to Authenticated or Encrypted, but the phone has not received a CTL file, the phone will continuously try to obtain a CTL file so that it can register securely. The CTL file installs automatically when the phone reboots or resets.

That's the whole issue, I don't have a CISCO call manager to provide the necessary files, I just have the CISCO IP phone I want to integrate with my current PBX solution.
But We have a security framework based on 802.1x and I don't have the security section on my IP phone Cisco 7960G
