Hi iam upgrading me clients software and he has asked for some versions which iam having problems with below - can you answer the below questions.

12.1(8b)E15 ENTERPRISE W/VIP SHH 3DES

I see the above has been deferred and 12.1(8b)E19 is advised - but this also is not available for download-can you advise the upgrade I ( what version)require - and how to purchase it my custermer does have smartnet

12.1(25) SEE4 IP SECURITY to 12.2(35)SE5 ADV IP SERVICES

( c3750-advipservicesk9-mz.122-35.SE5.bin)

Can I use smartnet to upgrade the above - or do I need to buy a cd

12.1(24) IP PLUS/SNASSW PLUS

is this image still available- to buy download if so what the product code is - or what is it replacment

hello Robert,

if you or your customer have a valid service contract you can upgrade freely if you don't change the feature set.

so for example moving from

12.1(25) SEE4 IP SECURITY to 12.2(35)SE5 ADV IP SERVICES can be free or you need to pay something for the upgrade if this is seen as an increase in feature set.

for the other two you need to provide some details about the platforms involved to get better help
