going to CS > Device and Credentials > Device Discovery > Scheduled Discovery ; having a disco job configured with an IP exclude List, the list won't show up if the Job is marked and 'View Settings' is selected; i.e. the 'Job Summary' page does not show the exclude IP List;
But starting the 'Edit Settings' dialogue for this job, that ends as well with the 'Job summary' page does show up the List with excluded IPs;
can anybody confirm this(mis-?) behaviour?

It's a new bug, CSCsw21205.

This is a bug. The settings are saved, and can be viewed if you click the Edit Settings button.
