We need CDR Reports on Bills -> Individuals, and as read on other cases, we needed to update the "Owner User ID" field on each device to associated to the User and then have the specific reports returning the expected information.
As we updated some of the users and got the reports that Human Resources (HR) wanted, now we need to update the âOwner User IDâ field on every phone.
Since this cannot be done by BAT, we decided to do it only for the people that HR asks for the Reports when they do.
Example: let's say that today Dec 1st HR asks us the reports for user X from November. Since the phone of user X does not have the âowner user IDâ field assigned to X, the Bills -> Department Report will show empty; then, we would update the âowner user IDâ field, reset the phone and if we do a Purge of the Data Base we would get the CDR updated with the User ID.
The thing is that the Manual Purge doesn't update the CDR with the new info; it deletes the CDRs, so the question is: how can we get the Database to re-create the CDRs with the User ID information updated?
Any Ideas of workarounds?
