I want to allow a number of user the ability to remotely enable CFwdALL on their Cisco IP Phones, is there an easy way to accomplish this without using the CCMuser web interface or Mobile access service? Does CUCM 6.x allow this feature via a remote (PSTN) TUI?
unfortunately no, CUCM does not have any IVR interface to capture the digits. the TUI is from unity and only for Unity features.
CFA needs to be set via phone or ccmuser as it requires a connection to the CUCM DB to change it. Unity TUI has no relation to CUCM DB.
