Hi,

I am currently creating a Syslog Custom Report Template. Since it requires "Facility", "Sub-Facility", "Severity", "Mnemonic" and "Description" when doing this, does Cisco have a standard reference listing all the Syslog Message types for routers, switches, firewalls, etc. ?

This will be a great help for us in defining such fields.

If you click the Select button instead of the Add button, you'll see than many message types are pre-loaded into RME. Complete lists of system error messages can be found by searching Cisco.com for your IOS release train. For example, "12.4T system error messages" leads you to the 12.4T System Messages Guide:
