what is traffic policing? Can anyone provide any tutorial or link for how to configure traffic policing??

If you type "traffic policing" into the search box (top right) on Cisco pages then the very first document shows how to configure.

The search function on Cisco website is very good and Cisco have a wealth of documentation. Have a read and if you still have questions come back.
