Corporate Directory modification

Hello,

we have a VOIP system based on CCM 4.2(3) for HQ and some branches. Corporate directory can search for HQ and branches. We want to make some new menius so we can search separately for HQ and branches like:

Corporate directory - HQ

Branch 1 - users in branch 1

Branch n - users in branch n

Is this possible?

it is possible but that requires you to modify or create your own customized script. if using windows based version you can use the same web server, if using linux you'll need to provide a separate web server

If you specify a department as part of the end user definition you can sort the Attendant Console directory list by department. Otherwise, yes, you must customize.

Hi,

I want to do something like this:

from the phone you go on directories button and after missed, received and placed calls I want other entries like HQ, Branch1, Branch2... If you enter in Branch1 it will search only for people registerd in branch1.
