WHat is EIGRP ID? Is it something like ROuter ID on OSPF? How this parameter can be used? thanks.

it can help two devices with multiple links to understand they connect to each other as it happens in OSPF or IS-IS.
In a healthy network there shouldn't be duplicated EIGRP RIDs
