Wrap-up codes

I have CCX5.0.2, 2 agents - 1 gets wrap-up codes, the other does not!

Any ideas

I have this problem too.

Thanks for that!

They are part of the same group. Both agents did work for the last 3 months. It has just stopped working recently. No error messages on the CCX server

Could you pls confirm if in CDA, Desktop configuration --> Work Flow Groups and under agents pick up Teams and then under that work flow and option Wrap Up data, make sure it is enabled. If not just delete the data and Add it again.
