UCCX 5. Script with Redirect Step

I have an application with a script that has a menu. 2 options in the menu are redirect steps / transfers to other areas and does not have any queues associated with them. It works just fine. However in Historical Reports,

The redirected calls show up as abandoned with N/A call priority. What would be causing that?


I have this problem too.

Try to put another step Contact handled after call redirect. It will fix your problem and wont show as abandoned call.

Pls let us know if it does not work.
