We are using Cisco Agent Desktop / Supervisor 7.1.2 on ICM/IPCC.
We are not having any problems with the Cisco Agent Desktop / Supervisor on Windows XP.
When I make a listening on the computers which are Windows 2000 Professional set up, I ( we) come accros with the problem as attached.
Approximately 50 out of 400 agents, we can not listen because of this problem. Looking forwart to hearing from you soon about solution.
