Can anybody confirm CUC 2.x functionality is only available with CUCM, not CUCMBE ?

This is saying that Phone View only works with CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), whose old name was Cisco CallManager. Its just making the distinction for the new product naming convention. Phone View will work from CCM 4.x all the way up to CUCM 7.x.

I've seen this chapter. And has been confused by the statement
'Phone View works only with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CM) (formerly known as Cisco Unified CallManager) phone systems ...'
Does this said in comparison to CUCMBE, or CUCME ?

This is an obscure way of saying it is not supported on CallManager Express. :)
